When I was in primary school, I was punished for always asking questions, my hand was slapped and sometimes I was put in the corner of the class room.
Asking questions and being creative was not encouraged.
As I moved through my different careers, I realised that I was very creative and started to embrace my love of asking questions. In fact, I believe this is the reason I am a brilliant Coach.
As Anthony Robbins once said - "The most powerful way to control your focus is through the use of questions". In this present time, make an effort to ask at least 3 powerful questions each day. Remember you are where you are today because of the questions you have asked.
You are also where you are today because of the questions you were afraid to ask. Be brave, courageous and ask powerful questions every day.
